The official trailer for XYZ films’ forthcoming comedy film titled King Knight has been released, starring Criminal Minds alum Matthew Gray Gubler and Westworld actress Angela Sarafyan. It is scheduled to premiere on February 17 in select theaters and on VOD.
King Knight is led by Matthew Gray Gubler and Angela Sarafyan as the high priest and priestess of a coven of modern witches. Their relationship gets tested when Thorn’s past as a popular High school jock comes to light.
“In the film, Thorn and Willow have it all as the revered high priest and priestess of a coven of new age witches,” reads the synopsis. “When Willow unearths a secret from Thorn’s past, their lives are thrown into turmoil and sends them on a trippy and hilarious journey that reminds us that we never stop growing when we strive to be the best we can to our friends, family, and the world around us.”
Joining them are Andy Milonakis, Kate Comer, Johnny Pemberton, Josh Fadem, Nelson Franklin, Emily Chang, Ronnie Gene Blevins, Swati Kapila, Shane Brady, AnnaLynne McCord, Alice Glass, with Barbara Crampton, and Ray Wise.
