ComingSoon is debuting the exclusive trailer for the pandemic romance comedy The End of Us, written and directed by Steven Kanter and Henry Loevner. The movie had its world premiere at SXSW.

“A witty and timely comedy full of heart and humor,” reads the official synopsis. “Cohabitating couple Nick and Leah are on the verge of splitting up when the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic forces them to stick together. As hours turn into days, then weeks, a relative truce devolves into petty fights between the practical, career-driven Leah and the carefree, creative slacker Nick. As they navigate this new normal and reevaluate their relationship, the couple finds that breaking up may be harder than staying together.”

The movie stars Ben Coleman, Ali Vingiano, Derrick DeBlasis, Gadiel Del Orbe, and Kate Peterman and is described as a first-of-its-kind collaboration from BuzzFeed alumni, including former video producers Loevner, Kanter, and Claudia Restrepo.

The End of Us will release in select theaters on December 3, 2021, and will be available on Digital and On Demand on December 7, 2021.
