ComingSoon is excited to debut an exclusive Siberia clip. The psychological thriller is directed by Abel Ferrara (Bad Lieutenant) and stars four-time Academy Award nominee Willem Dafoe (Spider-Man) as a bartender. The film, which is the sixth collaboration between Ferrara and Dafoe, is out in select theaters and everywhere you rent movies on June 18.

Clint tends bar at a snowbound roadhouse whose patrons speak a language he doesn’t understand, and things may not be what they seem. Desperate for answers, he drives a sled team to a nearby cave, but finds no peace. Are the spirits that confront him mere figments of his imagination-or will they slowly tear his body and soul to pieces?

Dafoe (The Lighthouse) is also set to be seen in several high-profile 2021 features including Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch, Guillermo del Toro’s Nightmare Alley, Paul Schrader’s The Card Counter, and Robert Eggers’ The Northman. Joining the dark thriller film are Dounia Sichov, Simon McBurney, Cristina Chiriac, and Daniel Gimenez Cacho.
Siberia made its world premiere last year at the 70th Berlin International Film Festival where it competed for the Golden Bear award.
