Marvel Studios has released a brand new promo for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, celebrating the moviegoing experience while also highlighting some key moments in previous films, including Avengers: Endgame. Most importantly, the video, which you can check out below, also confirmed the official titles for two of their highly-anticipated sequels, Black Panther 2 and Captain Marvel 2.
Set for 2022 theatrical releases, Ryan Coogler’s follow-up film to 2018’s groundbreaking MCU film will officially be titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, while Nia DaCosta’s Brie Larson-led superhero movie has been retitled as The Marvels. Both sequels are scheduled to start their respective productions sometime this year.

Based on the Marvel Comics by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Black Panther 2 will once again be directed and written by Ryan Coogler. Further details about the sequel’s plot are still being kept under wraps, but Kevin Feige previously confirmed that Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa would not be recast. Most of the first film’s cast is expected to return with the new addition of Tenoch Huerta (Narcos: Mexico), who has reportedly been cast as the antagonist.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is currently set to arrive in theaters on July 8, 2022.

English actress Zawe Ashton (Velvet Buzzsaw) has also been cast for the role of the film’s antagonist.
The Marvels is currently set for a November 11, 2022 release.
