Megan Fox leads a rescue mission in Lionsgate’s Rogue trailer
Lionsgate has released the Rogue trailer for director M.J. Bassett’s forthcoming action thriller film, featuring Transformers alum Megan Fox as she leads a dangerous rescue mission. The film is expected to arrive on digital and VOD on Friday, August 28 and on Blu-ray and DVD on September 1. Check out the video in the player below!

In Rogue film, Megan Fox (Transformers franchise) tackles a thrilling new role as a battle-hardened mercenary in this explosive action saga. As team leader Samantha O’Hara, she leads a lively squad of soldiers on a daring mission: rescue hostages from their captors in remote Africa. But as the mission goes awry and the team is stranded, O’Hara’s squad must face a bloody, brutal encounter with a gang of rebels — and the horde of ravenous, enraged lions they encounter.
Joining Fox are Greg Kriek (Black Mirror), Jessica Sutton (Motherland: Fort Salem), Calli Taylor (The Courier), Brandon Auret (The Last Days of American Crime), Adam Deacon (Casualty), and Sisanda Henna (Trackers).

Rogue is directed and produced by M.J. Bassett (Ash vs Evil Dead), who co-wrote the film with Isabel Bassett. It is produced by Kyle Ambrose, Delon Bakker, Molly Hassell, Paul Hornsby, and Jay Taylor.
