When a mysterious good samaritan, aka “Good Sam,” leaves $100,000 in cash on seemingly random doorsteps, New York City TV news reporter Kate Bradley (Sircar) sets out to discover the true identity and motive of Good Sam, turning her personal life upside down in the process.

Sircar, who’s appeared in guest roles on shows like The Good Place and Spirit Riding Free, also voices Star Wars’ resident graffiti artist Sabine Wren in Star Wars: Rebels and the Star Wars: Forces of Destiny TV films. Her first starring role was in last year’s Alex, Inc, opposite Zach Braff. The series was canceled after its first season.
Good Sam is directed by former Orphan Black producer Kate Melville, from a script by Teena Booth and Dete Meserve.
You can catch her in Good Sam when it premieres May 16, only on Netflix.
