USA Today has published the first two photos from Warner Bros. Pictures’ Seventh Son featuring Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes and Julianne Moore. Based on the young-adult novel “The Spook’s Apprentice” by Joseph Delaney, the Sergei Bodrov-directed film hits 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D theaters on October 18, 2013 and also stars Alicia Vikander, Antje Traue, Olivia Williams and Kit Harington.

In a time long past, an evil is about to be unleashed that will reignite the war between the forces of the supernatural and humankind once more. Master Gregory (Jeff Bridges) is a knight who had imprisoned the malevolently powerful witch, Mother Malkin (Julianne Moore), centuries ago. But now she has escaped and is seeking vengeance.
