After being asked by countless fans, director James Gunn has shared on Facebook his list of alternate songs that he gave to the Russo Brothers for the introduction of the Guardians of the Galaxy in Avengers: Infinity War.
“I’ve finally gotten around to looking it up in my files,” Gunn writes. “Although I’ve said in the past it was three songs, it was actually four, and I also added ‘New York Groove,; which was also going to be in the film at one point.”
His list consisted of these songs:
- “Rubberband Man” – The Spinners
- “Draw the Line” – Aerosmith
- “Train in Vain” – The Clash
- “Caught in a Dream” – Alice Cooper
- “New York Groove” – Ace Frehley
