Abigail Breslin has joined the cast of Brad Anderson’s The Hive, Variety reports. She’ll star opposite Halle Berry in the thriller.
The project, from Exit Wounds and Thir13en Ghosts screenwriter Rich D’Ovidio, is said to focus on a female emergency line operator (Berry) who, in trying to help a young girl (Breslin), comes up against a killer from her own past.
Breslin appeared alongside Berry in last year’s New Year’s Eve. She’s currently shooting Gavin Hood’s Ender’s Game, set for release March 15, 2013.
