“Game of Thrones” star Kit Harington has joined the cast of Warner Bros.’ Arthur & Lancelot, reports Variety.
He’ll play King Arthur opposite Joel Kinniman, who was recently brought on board as Lancelot.
The film, expected to be in the vein of Braveheart, is set to start production in early 2012.
David Dobkin (Wedding Crashers, The Change-Up) wrote the film and is directing for a March 15, 2013 release. Dobkin will also produce with Charles Roven, Richard Suckle and Lionel Wigram.
