Anthony Mandler is set to make his feature film debut with Die in a Gunfight, Deadline reports.
The film, which made the 2010 “Black List” of unproduced screenplays, is written by Andrew Barrer & Gabriel Ferrari and is set to star Zac Efron. The plot is said to involve a “Romeo and Juliet”-style love between a young man (Efron) and the daughter of his father’s enemy.
Mandler has previously directed music videos for Beyonce, Eminem, Duran Duran, 50 Cent and many more. He is also the producer and director of the short-lived reality show, “Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood.”
