Jessica Stroup is the latest name to join the cast of Seth MacFarlane’s R-rated comedy Ted, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter.
MacFarlane, also writing and directing, will voice the title character, a teddy bear belonging to a grown man (Mark Wahlberg) who, magically alive, has failed to leave his side since childhood and is now posing a threat to his girlfriend (Mila Kunis).
Stroup, best known for appearing on the modern “90210,” will play a co-worker to Kunis’ character.
The film is also slated to star Giovanni Ribisi, Joel McHale and Patrick Warburton and is targeted for a July 13, 2012 release.
