With “True Detective” coming to a close in the next couple of weeks, I will soon be shifting my television watching to the return of “Hannibal” as the second season begins this Friday, February 28 at 10 p.m. and I already have the DVR set.
If you can’t wait until Friday and would like a little taste of the action now, a preview of the second season’s first episode has come online and it appears it won’t be too far into season two before the story has your attention. I can only imagine what is seen in the clip, featuring Laurence Fishburne as Jack Crawford and Mads Mikkelsen as Lecter, is either a dream sequence or a flash forward, but either way I really can’t wait to return to this show.
