Paramount has revealed the first poster for their A Latino-themed “cousin” to the Paranormal Activity franchise of films, Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, which was originally supposed to hit theaters this past weekend, but will now arrive on January 3.
There aren’t any story details, but it’s said the film will be rooted in a Catholic-based investigation into the supernatural. It would seem, however, based on this poster this new film will at least be a little different than the four we’ve seen already and I’m sure, given the fact it will be in Spanish, comparisons to Rec may be made, though this still looks entirely different than that franchise.
