Ed Douglas is known as the Weekend Warrior at ComingSoon.net and I believe I first met him back in 2006 or so at the San Diego Comic Con and today it was revealed he’s battling acute leukemia and has no health insurance.
A fundraiser was started on GiveForward.com where you can contribute whatever you can to help him win this fight. When it first started the goal was $10,000. That goal was shattered and it has now been bumped to $50,000 and continues to climb. Only a short while ago I added my donation and the total is up $18,763 with 71 days to go.
