I recently added a few new pictures from James Wan‘s The Conjuring as part of Warner Bros’ 2013 Summer Movie Preview and today the studio has issued a brand new poster for the film, which proclaims Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville.
The film suggests its story is based on a true story, telling the tale of how world renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were called upon to help a family terrorized by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse. Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.
The Conjuring stars Vera Farmiga, Ron Livingston, Lili Taylor, Patrick Wilson, Mackenzie Foy and Joey King and is set to hit theaters on July 19.
