Here we have a couple of images of Chris Pine and Kevin Costner in Jack Ryan based on the classic Tom Clancy character. Directed by Kenneth Branagh, the story features Pine as the titular character, a financial analyst living in Moscow who uncovers a terrorist plot. The film arrives in theaters on Christmas Day.
Screenwriter Leigh Whannell posted this picture from the set of Insidious: Chapter 2 on Twitter as production on the sequel gets underway. The film is set for an August 30 release with Patrick Wilson and Rose Byrne reprising their roles in the movie, about a couple and their son, confronting the demons that possess the young boy.
Ashton Kutcher posted this composite featuring him in makeup for jOBS opposite the stock photograph of the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs and I don’t know about you, but it’s more creepy than cool.
And finally, Empire delivers two more pictures, this time from Edgar Wright‘s The World’s End. Here’s the plot:
Years after attempting an epic pub crawl, five childhood friends reunite when one of them becomes hellbent on trying the drinking marathon again. They are convinced to stage an encore by mate Gary King (Pegg), a 40-year-old man trapped at the cigarette end of his teens, who drags his reluctant pals to their hometown and once again attempts to reach the fabled pub – The World’s End. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind’s. Reaching The World’s End is the least of their worries.
