The marketers in Argentina have saved the red found in the majority of the Django Unchained marketing for something of a blood orange splatter in the background of this newly released poster for the film featuring Christoph Waltz as German-born bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz and Jamie Foxx as the title character, Django.
Set in the South two years before the Civil War, Django Unchained follows the recently freed slave Django who teams with Schultz to hunt down a trio of lowlifes eventually leading them on a mission to rescue Django’s wife, Broomhilda (Kerry Washington), from the clutches of Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio), an evil plantation owner.
Directed by Quentin Tarantino, Django Unchained hits theaters on Christmas Day and just this morning a new international trailer arrived, which you can see Cine 1).
