Kuato
The leader of a revolution is an alien baby looking thing that lives in the belly of another man? Come on, that’s memorable stuff. Kuato is one of the sickest things about the original Total Recall to the point his tiny hands, slimy little face and snotty nose still haunt me. Someone get that kid a Kleenex.

The Three Breasted Woman
In the film her name was Mary, but I have to believe there are few out there that don’t simply refer to her as “the three-breasted woman” or “the woman with three boobs” from Total Recall. While director Len Wiseman has confirmed there will be a three-breasted woman in his upcoming remake of Total Recall, the fact it is looking at a PG-13 rating suggests it won’t likely be quite as obvious. Then again, I guess they could always use the Titanic argument considering Leo isn’t exactly drawing Kate Winslet’s naked body from memory in that film.
Where is Lycia Naff now? Well TMZ posted a recent photo of her back in 2010 right here. Interestingly enough, the site says she has been a journalist with People magazine and the National Enquirer. Who woulda thunk?
