I couldn’t help but post this as Fox’s “Follow the Money” host Eric Bolling and Dan Gainor of the Media Research Center declare Disney’s The Muppets (or Liberal Hollywood Depicting a Successful Businessman as Evil as Bolling puts it) is, in fact, an attempt by “liberal Hollywood” to “manipulate your kids to give the anti-corporate message.”
The line of the year has to go to Bolling who asks Gainor the following question:
What’s actually going on here?
Is liberal Hollywood using class warfare tobrainwash our kids?
It’s a ridiculous statement to begin with, but when Gainor replies, “Yeah, absolutely,” I couldn’t help but go back to what he said only seconds earlier… “This is a Muppet movie for goodness sakes!” At least he kept it clean before bringing Cars 2 into the conversation alongside Syriana and There Will be Blood.
It doesn’t end there, however, as “The Five” host Andrea Tantaros calls it “brainwashing in its most obvious form.” But I don’t want to spoil it all for you.
