Wouldn’t it figure, the poster for The Dark Knight Rises would debut while I am in the theater watching Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, but I am home now so let the posting commence.
Inspired by the lofty topography of Inception, but careful not to giveaway any details, Warner Bros. gives us the following teaser poster for The Dark Knight Rises, which hits theaters next summer on July 20, 2012. Also, if you like what you see stay tuned as the first teaser trailer for the film is set to debut in front of Harry Potter this Friday.

The Dark Knight Rises is the third Batman film in director Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy and will hit theaters on July 20, 2012.
