I will be stepping into a taxi in less than one hour and heading to the Nice airport for nearly 24 hours of travel back to Seattle as my time here at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival is complete. I will be posting a proper wrap-up to the festival once the Palme d’Or is announced this Sunday, but for now I thought I would share the last batch of photos I had, on the heels of posting my final review.
These are basically images from around Cannes that I saw on a daily basis walking back-and-forth from my apartment to the Palais. I wouldn’t say any of them are necessarily extraordinary, and I am still upset I didn’t get a shot of any one of my several espressos, but I guess we can’t win ’em all.
