IMDb has debuted six character posters from the upcoming Paramount superhero release Thor, which is set to kick off the 2011 summer movie season on May 6.
Of the batch only one really stands out as being “new” which is that of Jaimie Alexander (Love and Other Drugs) as Sif, a character “described as the most distinguished warrior-maiden in all of Asgard. Known for her boldness, cunning, and weapon expertise few can match Sif in combat… or in beauty. Unlike Thor, she is uninterested in the glamour and theatrics of fame… but like him, Sif craves the thrill of battle and the honor of serving her kingdom.”
