It looks like the new title for the once referred to Untitled Spider-Man Reboot is The Amazing Spider-Man as indicated by the just launched official site for director Marc Webb’s movie. Additionally, Columbia Pictures offers the following new look at the new Spider-Man suit.

Spider-Man will be played by Andrew Garfield in the newly restarted superhero franchise set to hit theaters on July 3, 2012. Co-starring are Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Sally Field, Denis Leary, Irrfan Khan, Campbell Scott, Annie Parisse, Julianne Nicholson and C. Thomas Howell.
