UPDATE: That settles that. This isn’t a first look at Mackenzie Foy in Breaking Dawn, but instead a look at Foy from a photoshoot by Garnet Hill. So, I guess this just means this is a picture of a ten-year-old girl sitting among some flowers. Yay.
Well, I guess this is a little more interesting for Twilight fans than a The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1.
Renesmee “Nessie” Carlie Cullen is the dhampir daughter of Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) in the “Twilight” saga and she comes as a result of what was going on in the most recent image that was released by Summit from the film. Wikipedia informs me her name is derived from the amalgamation of the names of Bella’s mother, Renee, and Edward’s adoptive mother, Esme. Her middle name, Carlie, is a portmanteau of the names Carlisle, Edward’s adoptive father, and Charlie, Bella’s father.
Mackenzie Foy, a relative newcomer, will play Renesmee in the upcoming Breaking Dawn – Part 1, which is set to hit theaters on November 18 followed by Part 2 a year later.
