What? Those boys at LatinoReview got their hands on the script for the recently announced Ocean’s Thirteen? ¡Enhorabuena!
Anyway, to the story as there are some goodies to dig up. First off, what is the overall opinion of the script?
The script is really cool. It’s fun light-hearted fare like the last two films. It brings the action back, where it should be, to Las Vegas.
Okay, now what do we learn about the film? Well, to tell you the truth… just about damn near everything!
SP-UH-OILER filled would be the way to describe it, also a little bit of hatred in some places… not sure what that is about. As for the details, here is a quick description that doesn’t really ruin anything but I am going to black it out nonetheless.
Basically it seems as if there is an evil casino owner (Al Pacino) that screws poor old Reuben (Elliott Gould) out of a casino deal. The Ocean boys obviously don’t take to kindly to this and the game is on.
I did not read the whole thing because I like the Ocean films and don’t want to ruin the surprise. However, I like what I read. The story works and it does get it back to where it belongs… in Vegas.
There is far more detail and opinion in the review, but I do warn you it gives away a lot. So if you wish for more click here, if not, wait until June 8, 2007 when the film hits the big screen.
