Simon Crane is getting his directorial chance after being a second unit director and stunt coordinator on such films as Troy, Terminator 3, Tomb Raider and the upcoming Mr. and Mrs. Smith, with Adrenaline for Intermedia.
The thriller was penned by Mike Finch as an action story following a group of thrill seekers who use their death-defying skills to pull off seemingly impossible heists.
It will be interesting to see who gets cast for this film as Scott Kroopf, president of Intermedia’s Motion Picture Group, told The Hollywood Reporter, “Simon is one of the best in the business when it comes to the ‘no holds barred’ action scenes that make up this movie, and Mike Finch has given him a great vehicle for a nonstop roller coaster ride with strong characters and inventive set pieces.”
