If you wonder what the hell I am talking about, Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist Michael Chabon has been tapped to pen the script for a retelling of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs for Disney titled Snow and the Seven.
The film is going to be directed by Yuen Wo Ping, the man behind the choreography for the Oscar-winning films The Matrix and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
The story was originally titled Snow White and the Seven Shao Lin and will be a retelling of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with a martial arts/Chinese fantasy twist.
