It always baffles me how the trades never manage to give credit to the online sites that break the news first as LatinoReview did in this case when they announced that Brandon Routh will be donning the cape as Superman for Bryan Singer in the latest WB adaptation of the famous superhero.
Nevertheless, it is confirmed as Variety reported today that, while the deal is not in contract form Routh is expected to take on the role of Superman for director Bryan Singer.
