With the recent news swirling that Kevin Smith has decided to go ahead with production on The Passion of the Clerks a sequel to his 1994 hit Clerks Variety is now reporting that production is set to begin in January with a measly budget hovering around $250,000, which is still considerably higher than the orginal’s $27,575.
