According to The Hollywood Reporter Regina King is in final negotiations to star opposite Sandra Bullock in Miss Congeniality 2 for Warner Bros.
Shooting for the film will start next month and this story finds Bullock reprising her role as FBI Special Agent Gracie Hart. King will play Samantha, a fellow FBI agent. The duo — at odds with each other at first — are partnered up and must head to Las Vegas on a new case they’ve been assigned.
