Like this wasn’t really to be expected? Team America: World Police, the extremely funny looking film, which debuted its trailer just last week has already stirred up controversy as the Drudge Report has learned the film has “raised the pop culture threat levels at the White House.”
An anonymous senior Bush advisor commented saying, “I really do not think terrorism is funny, and I would suggest Paramount give respect to those fighting and sacrificing to keep America safe…. This is just unconscionable. Not funny…”
The movie is entering post-production now and with “South Park” creators at the helm so you knew they would have something to say as the article quotes Parker from Los Angeles during the Drudge Report radio broadcast, “Bush is not even in the film… I would ask that people wait and see it, before passing a judgement.”
