Ellen Burstyn, Carla Gugino and David Boreanaz will co-star in independent sports drama Our Lady of Victory, says Variety.
The film tells the story of the Immaculata College women’s basketball team, which rose from loser status to victory in the National Women’s Collegiate Championship in 1972.
The script was written by helmer Tim Chambers, with Pat Croce producing. Shooting begins today.
Gugino portrays the coach, Boreanaz her husband.
