Harrison Ford wants Thaddeus Ross to be back after Captain America 4
Harrison Ford is all set to introduce the Red Hulk to the MCU in Captain America 4. As per GamesRadar, the 82-year-old actor recently attended a press conference where he was asked about his return as Red Hulk in future MCU movies.
Ford expressed his eagerness to return as Red Hulk and stated, “I hope he can come back. I hope [there’s] a story in which he can develop into something other than the Red Hulk. I think we have the capacity to shift shape between Hulkness and humanity, but that’s really not my department.” The actor further praised the rest of the cast of Captain America: Brave New World as an “amazing group of people.”
Harrison Ford joined the MCU as Thaddeus Ross following the death of actor William Hurt, who passed away in 2022 due to prostate cancer. Hurt played the character in five Marvel movies, beginning with The Incredible Hulk in 2008. While speaking about carrying on Hurt’s role in Captain America 4, Ford said, “I was honored to be able to do my work on top of a foundation that a wonderful actor, Bill Hurt, provided for the character.” Moreover, the actor added that Captain America: Brave New World is “a wonderful extension of the stories that Thunderbolt Ross has been part of.”
