Brave New World’s box office performance will likely be measured against this sequel’s success more than it will any other movie. However, it will also most likely get a box office boost over the Presidents Day holiday which falls on Monday, February 17, 2025.
Captain America: Brave New World is directed by Julius Onah, who is known for movies like The Cloverfield Paradox, Luce, and more. Previously, the movie was titled, Captain America: New World Order which was later changed. Producer Nate Moore revealed that the name was changed because “the feedback we got, internally and externally, was that that phrase has, unfortunately, been co-opted in the real world in a way that made people uncomfortable.”
