Lionsgate and Fathom Events have officially announced the John Wick 10th anniversary theatrical rerelease dates for the upcoming limited screenings of the Keanu Reeves-led action thriller.
“The film tells the now-legendary story of the retired assassin’s quest for vengeance after thugs steal his car and kill his puppy, triggering the furious reemergence of the world’s deadliest and most-feared hitman,” reads the synopsis.
When are the John Wick 10th Anniversary theatrical rerelease dates?
In celebration of its 10th anniversary, John Wick will be heading back to theaters for two nights only on Sunday, November 3, and Wednesday, November 6. In addition, each screening will also feature an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming John Wick spin-off Ballerina starring Ana de Armas. Tickets for the special screenings are available at Fathom Events and participating theater box offices.
The 2014 movie was directed by Chad Stahelski from a screenplay written by Derek Kolstad. Besides Reeves, the film also starred Ian McShane, Lance Reddick, John Leguizamo, Willem Dafoe, Alfie Allen, Michael Nyqvist, and more. Due to its critical success, the film was followed by three more sequels, with 2023’s John Wick: Chapter 4 becoming the highest-grossing installment of the franchise with a worldwide gross of over $440 million.
