PAW Patrol 3 Cast Adds Jennifer Hudson, Fortune Feimster

The Paw Patrol 3 cast is growing, with star artist Jennifer Hudson and comedian Fortune Feimster joining the cast of the third installment in the film series.

Hudson is not only the youngest woman to ever join the legendary EGOT status but has also lent her voice to a variety of films and television projects. Most recently, Hudson voiced the character Mane in the 2023 Disney animated series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.

Feimster is best known for her role in The Mindy Project as Colette, but has also starred in The L Word: Generation Q, and will also star in the upcoming Zootopia 2.

What do we know about PAW Patrol 3?

“Jennifer and Fortune are both exceptional talents, each bringing with them a global audience of devoted fans. Their addition to the PAW Patrol 3 cast, along with the return of Mckenna [Grace], whose work in the film’s predecessor was instrumental to its success . . . will undoubtedly make this film a puptastic adventure for preschoolers and their families around the world,” said Jennifer Dodge, Spin Master Entertainment president.

Currently, not much is known about PAW Patrol 3. The film is set to release on July 31, 2026, and it’s unclear just how many of the returning cast from the first and second film will be back for a third. The film will once again be directed by Cal Brunker, who also directed the first two entries.

The first PAW Patrol movie was released in 2021 and was directed by Brunker. A sequel, PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie, was released last year, with Brunker returning to direct the project. The sequel starred Mckenna Grace, Taraji P. Henson, Marsai Martin, Christian Convery, Lil Rel Howery, Kim Kardashian, Chris Rock, Serena Williams, Alan Kim, Brice Gonzalez, North West, Saint West, James Marsden, Kristen Bell, and more.
