Spider-Noir Cast Adds Expats Star Jack Huston

The Spider-Noir cast continues to grow, with Deadline reporting that Expats star Jack Huston will star in the upcoming MGM+ and Prime Video live-action series.

Huston’s exact role is unknown as of now, but he is said to be believed to be playing a bodyguard and will appear as a series regular throughout the series. Huston is best known for his roles in the hit HBO drama Boardwalk Empire as well as in the fourth season of FX’s Fargo series.

Currently, Spider-Noir does not yet have a premiere date; however, the series will first debut on MGM+ before it then hits Amazon Prime Video. Nicolas Cage — who stars in the project as the titular Spider-Man Noir — also recently revealed that the series would consist of eight episodes.

Who else is in the Spider-Noir cast?

Alongside Cage in the starring role and Huston, the Spider-Noir cast will feature Lamorne Morris, Brendan Gleeson, Li Jun Li, and Abraham Popoola.

Spider-Noir “tells the story of an aging and down-on-his-luck private investigator (Cage) in 1930s New York, who is forced to grapple with his past life as the city’s one and only superhero,” according to Deadline.

Oren Uziel and Steve Lightfoot serve as co-showrunners on Spider-Noir. Harry Bradbeer is directing and executive producing the first two episodes of the eight-episode series, while Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and Amy Pascal also serve as executive producers.
