Ryan Reynolds Interrogates Blake Lively’s It Ends With Us Love Interest in New Video

Brandon Sklenar has some explaining to do. In a new hilarious video, Deadpool & Wolverine star Ryan Reynolds crashed the press junket of Blake Lively’s It Ends With Us love interest.

Reynolds, who’s married to Lively, playfully interrogates Sklenar. The actor plays Atlas Corrigan in the upcoming romantic drama, opposite Lively’s Lily Bloom and Justin Baldoni’s Ryle Kincaid. Reynolds then crashed the press junket, which is unbeknownst to Sklenar.

“It’s not every day the husband gets to interview his wife’s love interest in a film,” Reynolds said in the video before he asks his wife’s co-star some random questions.

After being interviewed by Lively’s husband, her mother-in-law then appeared to interview the slightly confused Sklenar. She said: “Well, it’s not every day the mother-in-law of the leading lady gets to interview the love interest and the man trying to replace my sweet little gummy bear, Ryan.”

Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman then appeared to interview “the love interest of his best friend’s wife and the guy trying to replace Ryan as a husband.” You can watch the video down below:

What is It Ends With Us about?

Then, a meeting with Ryle Kincaid will stir up a familiar emotion, ushering in Lily’s exciting new life with a neurosurgeon boyfriend, a new business, and new friends. But the promising beginning of her relationship with Ryle quickly turns into something abusive.

Baldoni directed the film, based on a screenplay by Christy Hall. It also stars Jenny Slate as Allysa, Hasan Minhaj as Marshall, and Amy Morton as Jenny.
