Disney, Marvel, and Pixar Shift Release Dates for Untitled Movies

Disney has shifted around the release dates for a handful of movies, including Marvel Studios films, Pixar movies, and more.

Among the known projects that have seen release dates shifted, A Real Pain — the comedy drama starring Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin — was previously dated for October 18, 2024, and will now release on November 1, 2024.

Disney also officially updated the titles for several of its Marvel Studios projects, including Thunderbolts* (the as-of-now new title for the ensemble movie), and Avengers: Doomsday, officially scrapping the title of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

Speaking of Marvel, Disney also removed an untitled Marvel picture from its release schedule. The movie was set to release on July 24, 2026, but has since been removed. It’s unclear exactly what the project is, but Disney does have several other Marvel projects listed, including a movie dated July 23, 2027, and November 5, 2027.
