Bloody Disgusting has unveiled a new Terrifier 3 image, which sees David Howard Thornton back as Art the Clown.
Having become a modern horror icon in Terrifier 2, David Howard Thornton appears to be relishing another chance to slip into that black and white clown suit and tiny hat. It looks like he’s getting down to his usual gnarly business in the below image as well.
Terrifier 3 image gets to the point
Terrifier 3 is directed by Damien Leone. It sees Art the Clown unleash chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve. It will start its story by resolving the grisly cliffhanger of Terrifier 2. So it’s safe to say the bloodletting will be happening straight out of the gate for the festive sequel.
Newcomers to Terrifier 3 include Tom Savini, Daniel Roebuck, Margaret Anne Florence, Larry Zerner, Charlotte McKee, Sienna Hubert-Ross, Mason Mecartea. and Jason Patric. They will star with the returning David Howard Thornton, Lauren LaVera, Samantha Scaffidi, Chris Jericho, and Elliot Fullam. Krsy Fox, Antonella Rose, and veteran character actor Clint Howard were also recently confirmed to join the ever-growing list of potential victims in the Terrifier 3 cast.
Director Damien Leone is using the success of Terrifier 2 to build a bigger badder sequel.
Filiming wrapped on Terrifier 3 back in April. So it’s a lot of ediiting and polishing until this Halloween. That’s when Cineverse’s Terrifier 3 will debut in US theaters on October 11, 2024. It will then hit VOD and Cineverse’s Screambox streaming service.
