The first-look images for Apartment 7A have been unveiled, showing Julia Garner as Terry Gionoffrio — a role previously played by Victoria Vetri. The upcoming psychological thriller, directed by Natalie Erika James (Relic), is a prequel to Roman Polanski’s 1968 horror classic Rosemary’s Baby.
Terry was first introduced in Rosemary’s Baby, a recovering drug addict whom the titular character met in a basement laundry room. Shortly after, Rosemary Woodhouse found Terry dead due to an apparent suicide. Terry is said to have jumped from the seventh-floor apartment.
Though the character’s story has not been fully fleshed out in the film, audiences will get to witness all the happenings that led to Terry’s death once Apartment 7A hits Paramount+ on September 27. You can check out the first-look photos down below, courtesy of Vanity Fair.
