ComingSoon is excited to giveaway one Irwin Allen: Master Of Disaster Collection box set ahead of Shout! TV‘s Trail of Destruction marathon. Streaming all day Friday, July 19, the marathon will feature a host of cult classic natural disaster films. These include 10.5 Apocalypse, Category 7: End Of The World, CAT 8, and Ring Of Fire.
“This seven-film collection includes both television and theatrical films from director/writer/producer Irwin Allen, the master of the disaster film. From an overturned cruise liner and a bursting dam to collapsing caves, bridges, and more, all seven white-knuckle thrillers are presented with a new 2K scan from the interpositive. Studios.
The films in the box set include 1976’s Flood, 1977’s Fire, 1979’s Hanging by a Thread and Beyond the Poseidon Adventure, 1980’s When Time Ran Out and The Night the Bridge Fell Down, and the 1983 movie Cave-In!
