The First Omen Blu-ray, Hulu, and Digital Release Dates Set

20th Century Studios has announced The First Omen Blu-ray, Hulu, and digital release dates for its latest supernatural horror movie. This comes after over a month since the prequel made its theatrical debut. It currently holds a Certified Fresh rating of 81% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 170 reviews.

When is The First Omen Blu-ray, Hulu and digital release dates?

The First Omen will be available to rent or own on digital platforms, such as Prime Video, Apple TV and Fandango at Home, starting on May 28. It will then be followed by the horror prequel’s exclusive streaming debut on Hulu on May 30. As for its physical release, the R-rated movie will officially be arriving on Blu-ray and DVD on July 30.

“In this psychological horror prequel to the classic Omen films, a young American woman is sent to Rome to begin a life of service to the church,” reads the synopsis. “Soon, she encounters a darkness that causes her to question her faith, and that reveals a terrifying conspiracy to bring about the birth of evil incarnate.”

The First Omen was directed by Arkasha Stevenson from a screenplay he co-wrote with Tim Smith and Keith Thomas, based on a story by Ben Jacoby. The film stars Nell Tiger Free as Margaret, Ralph Ineson as Father Brennan, Sonia Braga as Sister Silva, Tawfeek Barhom as Father Gabriel, Maria Caballero as Luz, Charles Dance as Father Harris, and Bill Nighy as Cardinal Lawrence. It is produced by David S. Goyer and Keith Levine, with Smith, Whitney Brown, and Gracie Wheelan executive producing.
