Logan star Dafne Ken will star in the horror movie Night Comes, the directorial debut of Jay Hernandez.
Night Comes Marks Debut for Hostel Star
Night Comes takes place as a cataclysmic event threatens to engulf humanity. Two sisters manage to escape the horror only to find themselves thrust into a perilous struggle for survival, tasked with a mission that holds the fate of mankind in the balance.
“With Night Comes we have a chance to do two unique things simultaneously. We have a visually stunning exploration of genre, with edge of your seat action coupled with what I see to be a character study in a world where rules, gender roles and order no longer exist,” Said Hernandez in a statement. ”And it’s a journey into how these two young women define sisterhood.”
Hernandez is best known for his roles in Hostel, Suicide Squad, Bright, Quarantine and Friday Night Lights. He has written Night Comes with Jason Bourque and Nancy Isaak.
British-Spanish actress Dafne Keen played X-23 in James Mangold’s Wolverine movie Logan in 2017 and starred alongside Andy Garcia in 2020 comedy Ana.
