Neon has released a brand new, cryptic teaser trailer for its upcoming horror movie, Longlegs, starring Maika Monroe and Nicolas Cage.
The trailer continues Longlegs’ marketing plans as showcasing cryptic riddles alongside footage of the film, which includes brief shots of Monroe’s character. A new poster was also released, showcasing Monroe interviewing someone. The symbols on the poster, when decoded, read “Hell Awaits,” as uncovered by fans on social media.

What do we know about Longlegs?
So far, not a lot is known about the mysterious horror film outside of the fact that Nicolas Cage will star in the project as a serial killer, with Maika Monroe starring alongside him as an FBI agent tasked with tracking him down. Alicia Witt and Blair Underwood will also star in the film in as-of-yet-unknown roles.
Throughout the past two months, Neon has been slowly releasing cryptic teasers for the project, including one just two weeks ago that showed off the most footage we’ve seen of the movie yet. The film is directed by Osgood Perkins (The Blackcoat’s Daughter, I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House) and is set for a 2024 release.
“FBI Agent Lee Harker is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case that takes unexpected turns, revealing evidence of the occult. Harker discovers a personal connection to the killer and must stop him before he strikes again,” reads the film’s official synopsis.
