The wait for Venom 3 is nearly up, with star Juno Temple revealing that production on the film has almost wrapped when it comes to the next Sony/Marvel film.
Speaking to Variety during a moment on the red carpet of the 2024 SAG Awards, Temple said that it had been “a wild, wonderful ride,” and that the whole experience of being on a big movie was new to her.
“We’re coming close to an end at the moment,” Temple said. “It’s been a wild, wonderful ride. It’s so new to me. It’s a big set! This is crazy. It’s been so much fun and I got to work with such cool people. I’ve been so lucky in my career to just have the most incredible casts. I can’t wait for it to get out into the world. I think it’s going to be a good one.”
What do we know about Venom 3 so far?
Currently, not a whole lot is definitively known about the upcoming film. Alongside Hardy returning for the film, Venom 3 will also feature Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor, although it’s unclear exactly what their roles will be in the upcoming movie.
Venom 3 marks the feature directorial debut of Kelly Marcel, who wrote screenplays for the first two films. The third installment will once again feature the Mad Max: Fury Road star in his dual role as Eddie Brock and the titular symbiote.
The untitled project is produced by Hardy and Marcel. Marcel wrote the script from a story she co-created with Hardy. Additional producers include Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach and Hutch Parker.
