Fair Play star Phoebe Dynevor was one of a handful of actresses to make it into the final rounds to be Lois Lane in the 2025 film Superman: Legacy. While she didn’t get the role, Dynevor said she had a great time in the process.
Speaking to Variety, Dynevor reflected on her time trying to become the DC Universe’s Lois Lane. Dynevor described the auditions as proceeding pretty quickly, and also praised the character of Lane as the brains and courage of the relationship.
“It was a whirlwind and then I realized that it was over, but it was great,” Dynevor said of the audition process. “She saves Superman. She’s the brains; she’s actually the fearless one.”
