The Anyone But You release date for the upcoming Sydney Sweeney-led R-rated comedy movie has been slightly delayed.
Deadline has reported that the film’s release date has been pushed back one week. Anyone But You will now release in theaters on Friday, December 22 instead of its original release date of Friday, December 15. The film was written by Wolpert and Gluck and is produced by Gluck, Joe Roth, and Jeff Kirschenbaum. Executive Producers are Alyssa Altman, Jacqueline Monetta, Catherine Bishop, Natalie Sellers, Charlie Corwin, Sidney Kimmel, Mark O’Connor, Sweeney, and Jonathan Davino.
What is Anyone But You about?
“In the comedy Anyone But You, Bea (Sydney Sweeney) and Ben (Glen Powell) look like the perfect couple, but after an amazing first date something happens that turns their fiery hot attraction ice cold — until they find themselves unexpectedly thrust together at a destination wedding in Australia,” reads the movie’s synopsis. “So they do what any two mature adults would do – pretend to be a couple.”
