Jurassic Park is returning to theaters in 3D to celebrate the film’s 30th anniversary.
Per ComicBook, the dino-sized thrill ride is getting a 3D re-release in August 2023. For tickets and showtimes, visit Regal Movies’ website.

Welcome (back) to Jurassic Park
Based on the 1990 novel of the same name by Michael Crichton, Jurassic Park was released in June 1993. Directed by Spielberg, the film is widely beloved for its visual effects, sound design, musical score (courtesy of John Williams), and more.
Jurassic Park returned to theaters in 3D 2013 for the film’s 20th anniversary. The Jurassic Park 3D re-release saw the film’s worldwide box office pass above the $1 billion mark, making it the 17th film to ever do so.
Several sequels followed the original Jurassic Park, including 1997’s The Lost World: Jurassic Park, 2001’s Jurassic Park III, 2015’s Jurassic World, 2018’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, and 2022’s Jurassic World Dominion. Additionally, a CGI-animated series titled Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous debuted on Netflix in 2020 and ran for five seasons.
